Top 4 for October!

Hey Hey guys, so September is coming to an end, there were some really good movies out this month that I would have loved to have seen, but October is coming and there will be even better movies to see. I'm going to do my Top 4 movies that I'm excited about for October. I will normally do 5 but I didn't find a fifth that I would like. I hope you guys enjoy it and the link for the trailers will be after the 4 descriptions! 

4. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 

I am obsessed with action and adventure movies. I have grown up watching the turtles on T.V and for this to turn into a movie is really exciting. The graphics look amazing and everything is so nowadays when you see the trailer. The turtles are bigger than ever, which when I first saw the trailer shocked me a little, but I like it. There are very mixed opinions about this movie some say its bad, some say its good. You'll just have to see it for yourself  to make up your own opinion. 

3. The Book of Life

I am really excited for this movie. The thing that got my attention in the trailer was:

 1. When one of the guys turns into a skeleton, will he come back to be a normal guy ,will he not be able to go back anymore or will he choose to stay like a skeleton forever? 

 2. The animation and the bright colours really caught my eye. Who doesn't like good animation? and lastly 

3. There are two men fighting for the love of a lady. I always find these type of plots interesting but predictable. It makes you wonder, since he's a skeleton will she accept him or will she pick the other guy because he is normal or will the skeleton guy be too late when he goes to the love of his life? Who knows? I'm guessing that she picks the Skeleton guy.  We'll just have to wait until October 

2. Love Roise 

I'm not a big fan of romance movies, it's really just the same thing. There's a girl and a guy, the guy likes the girl or the girl likes the guy but are afraid to tell them, then there's all the weird things that happen along the way and in the end they are together. The End. 

       The reason this movie caught my eye is that there is way more going on that usually, Roise has a baby and Alex is engaged to Roise's friend (I think). They have been friends for 5 years and don't know if they are right for each other or not (seriously people) I really want to see Love Roise because it seems quite funny and even though I think Alex and Roise will end up together happly ever after, I still want to see what happens along the way. Apprantly I have heard from a friend that the movie is different to the book. If any of you have seen the movie and read the book is it different? 

1. The Maze Runner 

I am super excited for this movie. I have read the whole trilogy in about 2 weeks  and I think it's amazing. In my opinion I think the actors and the actress Kaya were an amazing pick for the movie. I don't think that it's the same as The Hunger Games as some people say "It's the new Hunger Games". The only similarity I see is that it's YA. They don't kill each other like the Maze Runner, they get along. And they have rules unlike The  Hunger Games where they all kill each other until one survies. Seeing all the trailer's and TV spots get me super hyped for this movie. I hope it's as good as the book.

Casting News

The Scorch Trials castings have begun. Yesterday Wes announced that Aiden Gillan will be playing RatMan aka Janson. If you guys don't remember him from the book he sends them through Phase 2. That's all I'm going to say because I don't want ruin it for the people who haven't read the book yet. That's him. 

Do you guys think he suits RatMan. I think he does suit him. I'm excited to see who will play Jorge and Brenda especially. 

  

Character stills

So The Hunger Games Instagram account have started to release character stills from Mockingjay-Part 1. Here are what they have relased so far! 

My favourite still is Gale (Obviously) and also Caesar with his purple hair and colourful flower suit. I'm so exited for the other stills to come and I will post them in my next post and also 🎷🎷 

         Lorde will be releasing the first song from the Mockingjay- Part 1 soundtrack on Monday!! How exciting? The picture down below looks super cool! Don't you think? 

I'm super excited to hear what this song is like and who she has picked for the sohndtrack as I love her song on the Catching Fire soundtrack "Everybody wants to rule the world". I hope she picks Imagine Dragaons to do a song because I really liked "Who we are".

I just wanted to save my sister and keep Peeta alive

Hey hey guys! I hope your all doing fine. So on Monday this week the Mockingjay-Part 1 trailer came out! It was around a minute and 50 seconds long (47 seconds to be exact). In my post for this week I am going to be talking about what I like and disliked about the trailer and the new posters that also came with it! This post is dedicated to the Hunger Games for this week and I hope you enjoy. Don't forget to comment what you thought of the trailer, I really want to hear what you guys think of it! Trailer Review

Lionsgate released the full length Mockingjay- Part 1 trailer prior to its release in exactly two months! Here is the link for y'all to watch it! http://youtu.be/C_Tsj_wTJkQ  

I'm going to start by doing a quick summary about the trailer. 

         It starts of with Katniss talking to President Snow (remember that evil guy, if you don't, he is the guy that rules Panem, he's old, threatened Katniss that if she didn't do well on the victory tour, all hell would break loss? Yeh that guy), we get some shots of District 13, we get to see Boggs, Plutracht, Coin, Gale and Beetee.  None other than Effie helping Katniss get prepared, probably for when she goes to District 8. The people working in District 13, Gale shooting with his Crossbow. People walking in the middle of the night (the hell they think they doing) The Capitol guards shooting rebels. Then all of a sudden Peeta shows up, and Gale's probably thinking (looks like I'll never be with Katniss). We getta see Peeta with Caesar and Katniss talking to Haymitch. Katniss threatens Coin saying that she better rescue Peeta or they find another Mockingjay (Coins expression is like 'yeh right like you'd back away'). Then we get to see FINNICK (he looks so sad though), Cressida and her beautiful vines. The crew and Katniss in District 8 (I'm guessing), Gale trying to strain Katniss and Cressida going (the hospital is this way guys not that way). The rebels trying to save Peeta, Johanna, Annie and Enobaria from the Capitol (I'm guessing because I remember seeing set pictures of Liam and Franics in that Atlanta hotel and it looks exactly the same). Katniss standing in the rain and I was like (what on earth are you doing in the rain Katniss). And finally Gale and Katniss shooting the Capitol hovercrafts. 

      That was a very long summary, but anyways I'll get to my likes and dislikes. 

Likes

1. The trailer music. The music for the trailer really suited it, in my opinion. It went with all the scenes. 

2. We get to see the majority of the cast in the movie except for the other guys like Pollux, Mesilla and ect. 

3. People are saying that the trailer practically sums up the Mockingajy-Part 1, but there is more to it, yes they do show some of the key points, but it doesn't sum up the whole movie. If you have read the book then you know it doesn't sum up the movie. 

4. District 8. I'm assuming it is District 8, because we get to see Katniss and Gale shoot the Capitol hovercrafts, the bomb , and when Katniss is standing in the hospital and Cressida's face which is like (these people are crazy). 

5. The fact that when Katniss and Gale are shooting the hovercrafts in unison, is so cool.

6. Katniss is wearing the locket Peeta gave him on the beach in Catching Fire. That's why I love Francis, because he puts in those little details. 

7. When Haymitch hugs Katniss. That was such a sweet moment. 

Dislikes 

1. The movie ain't coming out till November.

2. I'm am still confused at the part where Katniss is getting drenched. I have a thought it's when the rebels come back from saving Peeta, Johanna, Enobaria and Annie, and she sees them coming in, but then again she only found out about them coming back in the hospital. 

3. When President Snow was talking with Katniss. Snow's face scared the shizzele out of me. He looks so creepy. 

Posters 

Also on Monday, Lionsgate also relased loads of new posters. Since there is so much I'm going to post my favourite 5! 

I really really like the posters that were released I don't have a favourite as I like then all equally, but these are my Top 5. I'm super excited to see what the lead up to Mockingjay-Part 1 will bring us. I super excited to see cast interviews and TV spots. I hope the cast do the unscripted interview. That was so funny last year, and Jennifer screamed 'Where's the pizza'

Elsa has had special powers ever since she was young. Her parents had her wear gloves and stay in her room for a long time. Anna her sister misses playing with Elsa, and just wants to see her. 

     When Elsa's powers get out of hand one night at an important event, she runs off. Anna goes on an adventure to find her sister. Along the way she meets Kristoff and his reindeer and Olaf, and they go to find Anna's sister.

Review

This movie is really good and enjoyable for all the family. The animation was really good and I really liked the storyline. I like the way that even though Elsa still tries to push herself away from Anna to protect her because of her powers, Anna keeps trying to be with her all the time. I love Disney movies because they always have a meaning in the movie. What I think is annoying is that, it is a very overrated movie, in my opinion. Yes it is a good movie but It's not that excellent.

I'm going to give Frozen a 3 out of 5. 

Trailer Review

Yesterday the "Serena" trailer finally came out. It stars Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. The movie was filmed in 2012 but is delayed because of where they were filming there was lots of noise and Jennifer's schedule. Here is the link to the trailer! http://youtu.be/-wFHiZHZVaU . New posters were also released yesterday. 

What really captured my attention, was the whole story, Serena marrys George and they go to North Coralina and they build a timber empire. When Serena finds out she can't have a child she wants to kill the lady who gave birth to George's child before they were married. It seems complicated, but that's what I like. I like complicated story lines because it keeps you guessing what's she going to do, what will happen. Hopefully this movie is brilliant. And also the chemsitry between Bradley and Jennifer is so close that you can also see it on screen. I'm super excited for "Serena". 

Poster and extra news!!

Three or two days ago Lionsgate released the final character poster, with Katniss. Thank goodness she wasn't backwards again! Here it is!!!! 

How cool does this look?? I remember seeing it early in the morning before it was announced but I thought it was fanmade because it looked too photoshopped. Her outfit is very very nice. The details and everything, it really looks the way I would have imagined it from the description in Mockingjay. The flames and the wings behind her. The slogan on the poster says. "The courage Of one will change the world". I love that slogan, not too long and catchy too. 

       Lionsgate also said that the OFFICAL TRAILER FROM MOCKINGJAY WILL COME OUT ON MONDAY 15 SEPTEMBER!!!!!!! This news is sooooo amazing, after the long wait finally, finally we will have the chance to see the OFFICAL trailer this Monday, that's in three days.
